ZTE Becomes the First Partner of China Mobile DPU Innovation Open Laboratory

27 September 2022, Shenzhen, China - ZTE Corporation (0763.HK / 000063.SZ), a major international provider of telecommunications, enterprise and consumer technology solutions for the mobile internet, today announced that China Mobile prepared to set up the DPU Innovation Open Lab, and held a partner recruitment ceremony at the Computing Network Integration Forum of the China Cloud Network Conference 2022.  ZTE becomes the first partner of China Mobile. ZTE will further promote industrial cooperation with China Mobile, DPU vendors in the industry, cloud platform vendors, and server vendors to jointly promote ecological development.

The DPU Innovation Open Lab, anchoring service scenario incubator, technical solution testbed, and industry gathering platform, is committed to giving full play to the key role and long chain of China Mobile and guiding the maturity implementation of products in the industry.

Chen Xinyu, Deputy President of ZTE and General Manager of ZTE's Cloud and Core Network Product Line, was invited to the partner recruitment ceremony of China Mobile DPU Innovation Open Laboratory. Chen Xinyu expressed that as the third major chip in the data center realm, the DPU has the advantages of low loss, high performance, high flexibility, and high security. It is a new computing architecture base centered on data in the computing power network, and will effectively support the development of new computing network services. ZTE will actively cooperate with operators and vendors in the industry to create a win-win situation.
