Automated O&M Tools Introduction

ZTE ICT automatic/intelligent O&M product provides users with centralized, stable and easy-to-use O&M service.

The resource commissioning design tool (iDevise) provides the function of generating the HLD/LLD template with one click. Reduce the skill requirements for front-line delivery personnel, avoid planning errors, and ensure the quality and efficiency of vertical integration end-to-end service planning.

The resource pool lifecycle management tool (Daisy) provides lifecycle management functions of TECS series of software products, including automatic deployment and expansion of products, overall and component configuration, and upgrade. It covers virtualization platform, distributed storage platform, container platform, and cloud management platform.

The automatic preventive maintenance tool (Inspector) is responsible for the automatic routine O&M of TECS products, including preventive maintenance, log check, vulnerability check and reinforcement. Such as TECS product running status check, configuration check and exception check; OpenStack product component running log collection and analysis.

The NetInsight is capable of visualizing the cloud network, collecting traffic statistics, analyzing and diagnosing the network, perceiving the topology, status and traffic heat map of the entire network in real time, and starting packet capture, flow table analysis and one-click information collection. On the basis of supporting basic network fault diagnosis, NetInsight and AI together provide intelligent fault location and root cause analysis capabilities, so that the network fault delimiting/locating duration is shortened from several days to several hours or even several minutes, greatly improving O&M efficiency.
