The network O&M team lacks the controllable foundation and ability to cover the network. In order to deal with thoes problems and meet the challenges existing in cloud network.
As a network pain point in the digital transformation, the lightweight and real-time network analysis component TECS netinsight should be born from the "cloud" and have the characteristics of cloud network visualization, traffic statistics, network analysis and diagnosis. After Deploying Netinsight in the data center network,the O&M Team can sense the virtual topology, logical topology, status and traffic heat map of the whole network infrastructure layer, and can immediately start packet capture and flow table distribution ,analysis and intelligent fault delimitation and positioning, etc., intuitively perspective the network infrastructure layer, assist in fault analysis, and greatly improve the operation and maintenance efficiency.

Intelligent diagnosis
NetInsight is combined with AI to provide intelligent troubleshooting capability. Currently, two intelligent O&M scenarios are proposed:
1. Abnormal network status analysis: By analyzing the abnormal key network (such as broadcast packets exceeding the threshold, virtual interface link being in abnormal status and the number of transmitted packets being lost exceeding the threshold), the system can quickly delimit the abnormal service network (such as network link disconnection), analyze the key reasons at the network layer (AI+ expert rules), and display the fault analysis results and handling suggestions in real time through large screens.
2. When the traffic on a port in the network is abnormal (for example, the traffic on the port increases suddenly), the system collects the alarm and log information of all devices to the AI module for joint analysis. Based on the expert knowledge base, the system provides fault delimitation and location results, and deduces the root cause of the fault.
Network topology
Netinsight supports the automatic real-time discovery and update of network full-link node information and topology, and it can automatically obtain the L2 path, traffic and other network information of various networking structures.
Network topology supports the presentation of physical topology, which includes physical network topology, physical device topology, rack topology and host topology.
Network Troubleshooting
The network fault diagnosis function includes the following:
1. General troubleshooting
The general troubleshooting function collects and analyzes basic network information based on network configurations and flow table analysis to quickly delimit network faults.
2. One-click collection
If common troubleshooting is performed and faults cannot be located, you can use the one-click collection function to collect key network information of the corresponding compute node, and collect files that support the download function. After the collection task is completed, you can download files and send them to network experts for analysis and location.
